Bold all the things you’ve done in 2009
1. Dyed your hair an odd color. 2. Went skinny dipping. 3. Bought something you didn’t need. 4. Snuck out of your house. [technically, corinne’s house…] 5. Became obsessed with a song no one knew. 6. Learned a...
Shoes
I am absolutely in love with this pair of Jeffrey Campbell wedges… too bad they only cost more than I do. I got Corinne a cute pair of snakeskin-print slingbacks from Payless the other day, though, and I couldn’t resist wearing them a little bit. No chance of my keeping these, though - they’re a size 7 and even with the adjustable strap they’re a bit painful.

I am having trouble with this whole sonnet thing. I feel like reading any online analysis or interpretation is sort of cheating, but I have no idea where to begin if I cannot even understand what the damn thing says, let alone what it means. Maybe a more experienced actor would have more authoritative things to say on the subject, but I feel like Shakespearean acting is much more...

What I find a little bit hilarious - someone already put up ‘pre-Counties’ photos on Facebook and in my boredom I looked at the first one. You know the one; that hideous group shot where everyone has red-eye, standing awkwardly in profile? But really, everyone tries to find the shortest, tightest, spaghetti-strappy-est dress and they all just end up looking lumpy.
So I’m...
I AM VERY SURPRISED
Arabian Nights closed today. There was much confusion and complaining because it was rescheduled from yesterday, and tonight was the Counties girls-ask-guys dance which a hefty number of juniors were attending. But the show went well (although the audience was rather boring). I am showered and cozy and I have a sewing machine, two hundred little squares of silk, oxidation reduction equations...

Homemade? Either way, they are delicious and thoughtful and the perfect companion to Earl Grey tea in my favorite red mug. Thank you so much!

SUCCESS.
I have succeeded! Paul Sackstein is my hero - he explained all of Chapter 3 calculus to me. In about an hour. AND I GET IT. If I get a good grade on this midterm, he is very certainly getting a present.
on another note.
